How VARSL Full Service works

VARSL Full Service is built for webshops that want a more complete solution.
We help with the entire process, from scanning to overview and preparing the safety information.

1. We scan your webshop

We review your webshop for products that may require CLP information and Safety Data Sheets.
The scan looks at, among other things, product names, item texts, descriptions, item numbers, product images, and other relevant product data.
The purpose is to identify the products that should be examined more closely, so you do not have to manually review the entire range yourself.

2. The products are collected in the customer portal

Once the scan is complete, the products found are created in VARSL’s customer portal.
Here you get a complete overview of the products we have found and the information linked to them.
This can include, for example, hazard pictograms, signal words, H statements, P statements, relevant CLP information, linked Safety Data Sheets, and a download link to SDS files.

3. You choose how the information is displayed

Once the products are ready in the customer portal, the safety information can be made visible in the webshop.
You can choose between two solutions:
A widget* is inserted on the product page and displays CLP information, hazard pictograms, and a link to download the Safety Data Sheet.
An API integration**, where the information is transferred more automatically to the webshop.

4. New products can be handled on an ongoing basis

With VARSL Full Service, you can also work more systematically with new chemical products going forward.
When new relevant products are created in the webshop, they can be flagged and handled in relation to CLP information and Safety Data Sheets.
This makes it easier to keep the webshop up to date as your product range changes.
