Whether you want to create a few products yourself or need an automated solution for your entire webshop, VARSL offers a pricing structure that makes it easy to get started.

Clip cards for VARSL Self-Service
Pay only for the products you need.
With VARSL Self-Service, you can purchase clip cards for the number of products you want to work with.
One clip corresponds to one product. Once you have purchased a clip card, you will get access to VARSL’s customer portal, where you enter the product links for which you want CLP information generated. The specified product links must include a safety data sheet (unless you choose a clip card WITH updates).
For each product, VARSL generates a ZIP file with the relevant CLP texts and hazard pictograms associated with the product. You can then copy the information and pictograms onto the relevant product page in your webshop yourself.
It is a simple solution for those who want to manage the process themselves — without extensive technical setup.

For those who want CLP information and hazard pictograms ready here and now — without a subscription.
Clip cards without updates are paid as a one-time payment. There is nothing to cancel or renew automatically.
The clips simply need to be used within one year from the purchase date.
Clip cards with updates & SDS
You get access to the customer portal, enter product links, and have a ZIP file generated with CLP texts and hazard pictograms for each product. As an additional feature in this solution, you can also submit product links for products that do not have a safety data sheet. We will then find the latest available one for the product.
VARSL then checks the registered products for updates every 4 months. If new or changed information is found during the subscription period, it will be made available in the customer portal so you can see what needs to be replaced. You will also be notified by email when updates are available.

How it works
Purchase your clip card
Choose the clip card that matches the number of products you want to create. You can start with 10 products and later buy more clips if your needs grow.
Enter your product links
Once you have access to the customer portal, you enter the product URLs you want processed. One product uses one clip.
Download your ZIP file
For each product, a ZIP file is generated with CLP texts and hazard pictograms. You can then copy the information onto the relevant product page in your webshop yourself.
Optionally choose updates
Choose a clip card with updates for extra peace of mind. Ongoing data checks. If we find updates, you will be notified by email and can see the changes in the customer portal.

Fully automated solution for your entire webshop.
With VARSL Full Service, you get an automated solution for the products you select in your subscription.
This means that the registered chemical products are continuously kept up to date with the latest available SDS and CLP information. VARSL also checks for updates, giving you a safer and more efficient way to work with safety data — without having to manually check each product yourself.
The product information is displayed directly on the product page via VARSL’s widget. Here, customers can view relevant CLP data and find a link to the safety data sheet.
If you need a more advanced solution, VARSL can also be integrated via API. Please contact us to learn more about the options.

We identify the relevant products
VARSL identifies chemical products by scanning your webshop or using product data from CSV files (with product links). The products are collected in the customer portal, giving you a clear overview.
