How VARSL Go works

CLP-labels

Problem:
Manually setting up CLP labels takes time and is often full of errors. Missing or incorrect hazard symbols, signal words or H/P/EUH phrases can result in injunctions and fines.

Solution:
CLP-Helper automatically generates correct CLP labels based on the product’s EAN/SKU and current legislation. All symbols and phrases are retrieved from the latest CLP database.

Resultat:

Always updated hazard symbols and texts.
Correct labeling both online and on physical labels.
No manual errors → full compliance.

SDS handling

Problem:
Mange webshops bruger gamle eller engelske SDS, selvom loven kræver, at SDS skal være på kundens eget sprog. Derudover bliver opdateringer ofte glemt.

Solution:
CLP-Helper always provides the latest SDS in the recipient country’s official language. When an SDS is changed, the old version is automatically replaced.
As an extra feature, the latest SDS can be sent directly to the customer when the product is purchased in the webshop.

Solution:
CLP-Helper monitors changes in both CLP and REACH regulations and updates your data automatically.
When hazard statements, signal words or hazard symbols are changed, your CLP labels are updated immediately – in all languages.
The system also scans your webshop to find missing or outdated SDS and CLP data and automatically replaces them with the latest versions.

Automatic delivery of SDS to your customers

According to the REACH and CLP regulations, safety data sheets (SDS) must be provided free of charge and in the official language of the country where the product is sold – no later than the same day the product is delivered for the first time.

This applies to all professional customers.

This is an extra feature you can purchase or activate in the PRO and Enterprise plans.
