General<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-54e4cde elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"54e4cde\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>These terms of sale and delivery apply to all agreements between VARSL ApS and business customers regarding the delivery of digital solutions, software access, webshop scanning, CLP data, safety data sheets, widget display, API integration, support, and related services.<br\/>VARSL provides services exclusively to business customers. By ordering or using VARSL\u2019s solutions, the customer confirms that the agreement is entered into as part of the customer\u2019s business activities.<br\/>Any special terms in an offer, order confirmation, data processing agreement, or other written agreement between the parties shall take precedence over these terms. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1c02972 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1c02972\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. About VARSL\u2019s services<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-da64964 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"da64964\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>VARSL helps companies find, collect, display, and maintain CLP information and safety data sheets for products where safety information may be relevant.<br\/>VARSL\u2019s services may include, among other things:<\/p><ul><li>Free webshop scan<\/li><li>VARSL Self-Service<\/li><li>VARSL Full Service<\/li><li>Customer portal<\/li><li>Widget for display on product pages<\/li><li>API and webshop integrations<\/li><li>Shop modules<\/li><li>Automatic updates of CLP data and safety data sheets<\/li><li>Support and advisory assistance in connection with using the solution<\/li><\/ul><p><br>The specific services, features, prices, and any limitations are set out in the agreement, the offer, the order confirmation, or the selected subscription plan.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e5974b5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e5974b5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Free webshop scan<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ab962ee elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ab962ee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>VARSL offers a free, non-binding webshop scan, where we scan the customer\u2019s webshop and display up to 20 identified products in VARSL\u2019s customer portal.<br\/>The free webshop scan does not require a credit card, and the customer is not automatically enrolled in a subscription.<br\/>After the scan, the customer can choose whether the company wishes to proceed with VARSL Self-Service, VARSL Full Service, or another solution.<br\/>The free webshop scan is an initial screening and should not be regarded as a complete legal or chemical review of the entire webshop.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4eade66 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4eade66\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. VARSL Self-Service<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a78146c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a78146c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>VARSL Self-Service allows the customer to create products in VARSL\u2019s customer portal themselves.<br\/>The customer can typically create a product by:<\/p><ul><li>uploading a safety data sheet<\/li><li>inserting a product link<\/li><li>entering or adding relevant product data<\/li><\/ul><p><br>VARSL can then help extract, compile, and prepare relevant information for display on the customer\u2019s webshop.<br\/>The customer is responsible for verifying that the displayed information matches the specific product, market, and use.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2ec9d10 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2ec9d10\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. VARSL Full Service<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f477d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7f477d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>With VARSL Full Service, VARSL assists with a more comprehensive review of the customer\u2019s webshop.<br\/>The service may include, among other things, scanning the webshop, identifying relevant products, creating them in the customer portal, linking available safety data sheets, and preparing CLP information.<br\/>Depending on the agreement, the information can be displayed via a widget or transferred through API\/integration.<br\/>Full Service is delivered based on the information available to VARSL, including product data on the customer\u2019s webshop, supplier information, safety data sheets, manufacturer data, and other relevant data sources.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dc796f1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"dc796f1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. Widget, API, and integrations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ff2262 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6ff2262\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>VARSL can provide solutions where CLP information and safety data sheets are displayed on the customer\u2019s webshop via a widget, shop module, or API integration.<br\/>The customer is responsible for ensuring that the webshop, themes, plugins, third-party systems, and technical configurations allow the desired implementation.<br\/>If the customer\u2019s webshop, plugins, theme, API, hosting environment, or third-party systems are changed, this may affect VARSL\u2019s solution. Any additional work resulting from such changes may be invoiced separately by agreement. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c5801e2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c5801e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7. Automatic updates<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b625df4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b625df4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If the customer has selected automatic updates, VARSL helps continuously monitor relevant changes in CLP data and safety data sheets where the information is available.<br\/>Automatic updates may include, among other things, checking newer safety data sheets, updated product data, or changed information from relevant sources.<br\/>VARSL cannot guarantee that all changes are detected immediately, or that all information is always available from suppliers, manufacturers, or public sources.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f681e8f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f681e8f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">8. Customer responsibilities<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7dfe451 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7dfe451\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The customer is responsible for the products the customer sells and for complying with applicable rules on product information, chemicals, CLP, safety data sheets, marketing, and sales in the markets where the customer operates.<br\/>The customer is responsible, among other things, for:<\/p><ul><li>providing correct and up-to-date product information<\/li><li>verifying the information displayed on the webshop<\/li><li>ensuring that the products are marketed and sold lawfully<\/li><li>ensuring that safety data sheets and CLP information match the specific product<\/li><li>assessing which rules apply to the customer\u2019s products and markets<\/li><li>informing VARSL of relevant changes in assortment, suppliers, or product data<\/li><\/ul><p><br>VARSL\u2019s solution is a tool to create an overview and make safety information easier to manage. VARSL does not assume the customer\u2019s legal responsibility as a manufacturer, importer, distributor, retailer, or webshop. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fe0c633 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fe0c633\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">9. Prices and payment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4e3f2fb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4e3f2fb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Prices are stated on VARSL\u2019s website, in an offer, in the order confirmation, or in a separate agreement.<br\/>All prices are stated excluding VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.<br\/>Subscriptions are generally invoiced monthly, quarterly, or annually in advance, depending on the agreed solution.<br\/>Setup fees, integration work, additional support, manual checks, customisations, and other separate services may be invoiced separately.<br\/>The payment term is 8 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<br\/>In the event of late payment, VARSL may charge interest and fees in accordance with applicable rules. VARSL may also suspend access to the solution if payment is not received after a reminder. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ecb9c64 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ecb9c64\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">10. Subscription, commitment, and termination<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1d4d5a0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1d4d5a0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Subscriptions run from the date stated in the order confirmation or the agreement.<br\/>Unless otherwise agreed, the subscription may be terminated with 30 days\u2019 notice to the end of a subscription period.<br\/>Annual agreements, promotional offers, integration agreements, or special Full Service agreements may have a different commitment period if stated in the agreement.<br\/>Termination must be made in writing to VARSL.<br\/>Upon termination, the customer\u2019s access to VARSL\u2019s solution ends at the expiry of the subscription period, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9891801 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9891801\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">11. Delivery and timelines<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-07782c1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"07782c1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Delivery time depends on the selected solution, the customer\u2019s webshop, the data basis, the number of products, and any integrations.<br\/>VARSL endeavours to deliver services within the agreed timeline, but delivery requires that the customer provides necessary information, access, approvals, and materials in due time.<br\/>Delays caused by the customer\u2019s circumstances, third-party systems, lack of access, inadequate product data, or supplier conditions may postpone the delivery date.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef4765c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ef4765c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">12. Support<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f9e00ac elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f9e00ac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Support is included in active subscriptions, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.<br\/>VARSL support can be contacted on weekdays during normal business hours.<br\/>Support includes assistance with using VARSL\u2019s solution, customer portal, widget, display, subscription, and general setup questions.<br\/>Support does not include legal advice, chemical product approval, general webshop operations, third-party plugins, hosting, custom development, or errors in the customer\u2019s other systems, unless separately agreed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1cc32af elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1cc32af\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">13. Availability and operations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-05f6caa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"05f6caa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>VARSL endeavours to ensure stable operations and high availability.<br\/>However, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical errors, security measures, third-party providers, or circumstances beyond VARSL\u2019s control.<br\/>Planned maintenance is, as far as possible, scheduled at times that cause the least disruption to customers.<br\/>VARSL is not responsible for downtime, errors, or losses caused by the customer\u2019s webshop, hosting, internet connection, third-party systems, plugins, themes, APIs, or other external circumstances.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fa137e7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fa137e7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">14. Data, documents, and customer materials<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8241124 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8241124\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The customer retains ownership of the product data, safety data sheets, documents, and materials that the customer uploads or makes available to VARSL.<br\/>The customer grants VARSL the right to use the material to the extent necessary to deliver the agreed services.<br\/>The customer is responsible for ensuring that VARSL may use the material and that it does not infringe third-party rights.<br\/>VARSL may store relevant data and documents for as long as necessary to deliver the solution, fulfil the agreement, document the delivery, or comply with legal requirements.<br><br><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9e1051a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9e1051a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">15. Personal data and data processing<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-64a6737 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"64a6737\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If VARSL processes personal data on behalf of the customer as part of delivering the service, the parties enter into a data processing agreement.<br\/>As a general rule, the customer is the data controller for the personal data the customer makes available to VARSL, while VARSL may be the data processor for the information processed on the customer\u2019s behalf.<br\/>VARSL processes personal data only to the extent necessary to deliver the agreed services, administer the customer relationship, provide support, and fulfil legal obligations.<br\/>Further information about the processing of personal data is set out in VARSL\u2019s privacy policy and any data processing agreement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eb34cf4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"eb34cf4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">16. Rights<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8a9f657 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8a9f657\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>VARSL retains all rights to software, platform, code, methods, databases, design, documentation, APIs, technical solutions, know-how, and other intellectual property rights.<br\/>The customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use VARSL\u2019s solution during the term of the agreement and in accordance with the agreement.<br\/>The customer may not copy, resell, rent out, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, structure, or business logic from VARSL\u2019s solution.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c6dac06 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c6dac06\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">17. Confidentiality<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8d3447e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8d3447e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The parties must treat confidential information about each other\u2019s business, customers, prices, products, data, technology, and internal matters as confidential.<br\/>Confidential information may only be used to fulfil the agreement and may not be disclosed to unauthorised parties without written consent, unless disclosure is required by law or regulatory requirements.<br\/>The confidentiality obligation also applies after the agreement ends.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4612089 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4612089\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">18. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a2e568e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a2e568e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>VARSL is liable under the general rules of Danish law, subject to the limitations set out in these terms.<br\/>VARSL is not liable for indirect losses, operating losses, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of revenue, losses resulting from fines, regulatory requirements, third-party claims, or other consequential losses, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.<br\/>VARSL\u2019s total liability may not exceed the amount the customer has paid to VARSL for the affected service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.<br\/>VARSL is not liable for errors or defects caused by:<\/p><ul><li>incorrect or insufficient information from the customer<\/li><li>changes to the customer\u2019s products, suppliers, or webshop<\/li><li>third-party systems or external data sources<\/li><li>lack of access to necessary information<\/li><li>the customer\u2019s own use, setup, or modification of the solution<\/li><li>circumstances beyond VARSL\u2019s reasonable control<\/li><\/ul><p><br>VARSL provides tools and services that help the customer manage CLP information and safety data sheets. VARSL does not guarantee that the customer\u2019s webshop, products, or documentation will at all times comply with all legal requirements. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ba3145 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5ba3145\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">19. Complaints<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7e5893a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7e5893a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The customer must review delivered services, information, and configurations without undue delay.<br\/>Any errors or defects must be reported in writing to VARSL as soon as possible after the customer has discovered or should have discovered the issue.<br\/>In the event of a justified complaint, VARSL will, at its own discretion, attempt to remedy the error, provide a replacement delivery, grant a proportionate reduction, or otherwise reasonably rectify the matter.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ea05d6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5ea05d6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">20. Changes to the solution<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-577c6a6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"577c6a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>VARSL may continuously update and improve its solutions, features, user interfaces, integrations, security measures, and technical configurations.<br\/>Changes that materially affect the customer\u2019s use of the solution will be notified to a reasonable extent.<br\/>VARSL may change or phase out features as part of ordinary product development, security, legal requirements, technical considerations, or changes at third-party providers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-866ada4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"866ada4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">21. Changes to the terms<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2be8e65 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2be8e65\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>VARSL may amend these terms of sale and delivery with reasonable notice.<br\/>Material changes will be notified to active customers via email, the customer portal, or another relevant communication channel.<br\/>If the customer continues to use VARSL\u2019s solutions after the changes take effect, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef4dc0b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ef4dc0b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">22. Force majeure<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f77635 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4f77635\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>VARSL is not liable for non-performance or delayed performance of the agreement if this is due to circumstances beyond VARSL\u2019s reasonable control.<br\/>This may include, among other things, outages at third-party providers, cyberattacks, regulatory intervention, changes in legislation, strike, lockout, fire, war, pandemic, natural disasters, supply failures, internet outages, or other extraordinary circumstances.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-59ad6c1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"59ad6c1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">23.
